The company has grown from a spin-off of Hebei University of technology into a modern, professionally managed company focused on providing new technologies, products and processes to the world's hot dip galvanizing industry. It maintains a close and collaborative relationship with its mother university whose resources provide key research and staff requirements.

The business was built on immersion heating technology for heating molten zinc. This technology is now widely used in the manufacture of galvanized wire and small parts. Current research will see the immersion heaters adapted to use natural gas and oil as energy sources.

 The company has added complimentary ceramic kettles to this immersion heating technology and in 2006 leveraged those technologies to produce a single-dip GALFAN wire line. This product has lead to the creation of a reduction furnace process for Galfan coating of steel wire.

The Company is a major supplier of quality passivation materials including low chrome and chrome free product. All passivation materials have been developed in-house.

The company gained ISO9001 – 2000 accreditation in February 2003

The company has recently introduced a new suite of preparation line technologies. Those allow reductions in dross and ash make, rinse water and pickle acid discharge. The suite offers the opportunity to improve the operation of the kettle to yield improved and more consistent product quality. These technologies offer major cost savings to galvanizers and allow them to comply with all environmental requirements.

Capacity has grown progressively and the company has been active in providing turnkey projects for pipe, wire and structural steel hot dip galvanizing since 2006
