1) Introduction
　　Tianjin Gongda Galvanizing Equipment Co., Ltd. has developed, manufactured and installed its first small diameter steel tube coating line. This development addresses shortcomings in the design of earlier  lines and incorporation the best features of a number of earlier lines. Production comfortably meets international quality standards. This tube is used mainly in auto manufacture and refrigerator condensation tubes. It provides galvanizers with a very competitively priced product.

Production capacity: 2  tubes in parallel
Production speed: 50-70m/min, yield output: 3,500 t/yr
Coating thickness – thickness control by use of an air knife in the range 10-30μm
Draught method: disc draught machine
Take-up method: moment motor disc take-up 。

4）Characteristics of production line

Employs an overflow Galfan coating process to assist in obtain an even coating thickness and smooth appearance on the tube external surface.
Employs a special wiping technique to impart a smooth surface quality.
Employs a high corrosion resistant alloy in the manufacture of the zinc pump to assure a consistent quality production and freedom from maintenance problems.
Employs a closed loop rinse system to assure a clean production environment.
The galvanizing of two tubes in parallel greatly increases the production capacity.
