The system is constructed in PP with the exception of the pump where the wetted parts are in a material to suit the duty and all fixings are in stainless steel.

 

This unit is of rugged construction and has been sold into the galvanizing industry for 5 years

 

The design uses cartridge filters for ease of exchange

 

Use of this equipment eliminates the need to discharge waste water until the salt content of the degreasing bath reaches unacceptable levels. This can exceed two years but is dependent on the quality of water used for make-up

 

Use of this equipment either as a continuous or batch filtering process ensures that excess oil and grease does not coat the work to interfere with the pickling process
