Filter System for Pre-flux Baths 

This is a system designed to remove both particulate matter and oils and greases from acidic baths.

The system is constructed in PP with the exception of the pump where the wetted parts are in a material to suit the duty and all fixings are in stainless steel.

This unit is of rugged construction and has been sold into the galvanizing industry for 5 years

The design uses cartridge filters for ease of exchange

Use of this equipment removes particulate matter from the pre-flux bath making it practical and economic to use hydrogen peroxide to oxidise ferrous iron to ferric and thus remove it from the process

This equipment can be used either as a continuous or batch filtering process.
