Mode of operation:
Pipes are automatically enetered to the kettle in either pairs or singly (for larger diameters). A star device is used to submerge the pipes and to return them to the surface. Once galvanized they are extracted from the kettle to a magnetic conveyer to be sent through and air knife to remove excess zinc from the exterior of the pipe. Following the air knife the pipe is place for steam blowing to remove the excess zinc from the internal of the pipe.
Post dipping processes of quench and passivation are arranged to suit the client’s needs
