The business was built on immersion heating technology used to heat molten zinc. This technology is now widely used in the manufacture of galvanized wire and small parts. The company has added complimentary ceramic kettles to this immersion heating technology and has recently leveraged those two technologies to produce a single-dip GALFAN wire line. Current research will see the immersion heaters adapted to use natural gas and oil as energy sources
The company is a major supplier of quality passivation materials including low chrome and chrome free product. All passivation materials have been developed in-house.

The company has recently introduced a new suite of preparation line technologies. Those allow reductions in dross and ash make and rinse water and pickle acid discharge.
